At Manor Community College we have invested heavily in the development of
Information Communications Technology. The National Curriculum quite rightly expects
that the use of ICT should permeate throughout the whole curriculum and support
learning where appropriate.
We are extremely fortunate in having very advanced and top-of-the-range facilities in the
college with computers in many classrooms. All students have access to the internet and
have the facility for email to assist in their learning. The technology and science departments
have developed a new Scantec Lab.
Our overall aim is to provide exciting opportunities for all students in an appropriate
setting. We will continue to develop our skills as teachers and are determined to provide
our students with experiences which will be both enjoyable and of relevance as they move
into an increasingly technological world.
